About Christine
|
Christine Pollnow is a New York based actor with a BFA in acting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she attended the Stella Adler Studio. Originally hailing from Wisconsin, Christine has been acting since she could walk. Starting with the "plays" she would make up and force her family to watch on holidays, to her first appearance onstage just a few years later in Oliver Twist, she was hooked. She's been performing both classical and contemporary theatre since she was little and has only continued her growth as an actor through NYU and Stella Adler. Christine is passionate about working on projects that showcase and give opportunities to women. She has also worked with Shakespeare on the Sound, based in Rowayton, CT where she spent time onstage as well as working with kids, combining her acting degree with her minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. She has a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary work.
In her free time Christine loves to read and spend time outdoors, often at the same time! She is very close with her family and friends and loves any time she can spend with her pets. |
